Description of summerhouse and facilities

Small country house lovely located with view across the fields to the estuary of Grønsund/Baltic Sea and Falster to the south.

The house is situated in a 3000 m2 large garden in the small village Vindebæk at the western part of Møn.
It is a brick house with whitewashed walls and solid roof. There is Termo-windows and -doors. The house is heated by central heating and a small wood stove.
The house is about 95 m2 in one plane and has a total of 6 beds.

Interior:

• Entrance with bookcase, dresser and plenty of space for shoes, boots and bags.
• Cozy living room with dining table and sofa as well as a woodburning stove
• Radio, DVD, TV and satellite box with lots of channels (including Viasat)
• Wireless Internet (4,8/0.28 Mbps)
• Kitchen with induction hob, extractor fan and Refrigerator/Freezer
• Pantry with small "beer"-cellar
• Bedroom with 2 beds (double bed)
• Small chamber with 1 bed.
• Room with 3 single beds (1 bed and 1 bunk bed)
• Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer.

In addition there is a small shed with garden furniture and a few bikes that can be borrowed.
The shed contains in addition to firewood for the stove also a Weber charcoal grill for free use on the condition that it is properly cleaned afterwards..
The garden is large and can almost be described as a small park with bushes, trees and large grass areas. There is a small "football"-field and there is a swing/climbing frame.
The "sandbox" is located on the beach - only 800 meters from the house!
The mowing is done by the landlord as needed and according to the weather and agreement with tenants - so you will not be disturbed. You wouldn't want to be run over while sunbathing?

There is approximately 1 km to the lovely Fanefjord Forest and as mentioned less than 1 km to Vindebæk Beach.

Periods:
The house is rented as a starting point on a weekly basis from Saturday 2.00 p.m. to Saturday 11.00 a.m.
In the case of vacant periods the house can be rented on weekends - Friday kl. 6.00 p.m. to Monday kl. 10.00 a.m.
In the case of vacant periods the house also can be rented on a daily basis by agreement but at least for 2 days. Book via airbnb

Priser:
You can find prices on the price list and they are inclusive electricity, water and heating.

Rent payment is done by bank transfer to the landlord's account: Reg. 0644 Account no. 1017115.
Remember to enter the tenant's name and address as well as the contract number.

Deadline for paying the deposit which is 25 % of the total price is 7 days after the issuance of the lease. The date will appear on the lease. Deposit is only refunded if the lease is canceled in writing at least 8 weeks before the rental contract "from date".

Deadline for payment of the remaining amount including key deposit and optionally cleaning according to Advance booking is 4 weeks before the lease and will be specified on the lease. If deadline is not met the lease will no longer apply and the deposit will be lost.
If cancellation is done after payment of the total price, there will generally not be made any refunds.

At arrival:
Keys to the house is picked up at Vindebækvej 20 on arrival unless otherwise agreed. By arrival there will be a brief indtroduction to the facilities of the house.
The house is checked for faults and omissions. If such is noticed, please inform the landlord immediately.

In case of complaints during the stay the landlord should contact the landlord on Vindebækvej 20 or by mail or telefone if the landlord is not at home.

Cleaning:
The tenant is obligated to hand over the lease in the same condition as it was at the arrival and it must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the departure.
If the tenant wants to pay for the final cleaning this can be ordered in advance for a fee of 400,- DKK. If this solution is chosen the house must be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m. at the day of departure.
All necessary cleaning products and tools are available in the house and there is a folder in the house that guides the final cleaning.

At departure.
The tenant undertakes to leave the cottage in the same condition as on arrival. Failure to comply with this and by self-inflicted injuries on the house or belonings the tenant will assume full liability.

Upon departure keys is left on Vindebækvej unless otherwise agreed. The house is briefly reviewed if necesary for any problems encountered during the stay.

Other:
Pets is as a rule not allowed.
No smoking in the house.
